Beginner Level Class

Beginner Level Class
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm

Our beginner level class is a great way to introduce your child to the sport of wrestling. This class focuses on basic fundamentals like attentiveness, stance, positions, and high-energy training, all while having fun in an encouraging and motivating environment. This class is great for children that have never stepped on a wrestling mat before. With these beginning level classes, our goal is that your child will become familiar with the wrestling culture through games, drills, technique, and light sparring. Our greatest hope at this level is that they would truly fall in love with the sport of wrestling. Once they have mastered these basic fundamental skills these wrestlers will be ready for our intermediate level class.

Intermediate Level Class
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:30pm-7:00pm

Our intermediate level class accommodates wrestlers with competition in mind.   Technique, drilling, sparring, and live wrestling is the focus for this class. These wrestlers train for local tournaments and when ready will graduate to our advanced level class to compete nationally.

Advanced Level Class
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 5:30pm-7:00pm

Our advanced level class provides comprehensive training for elite wrestlers preparing to compete at a national level. Advanced technique, advanced drilling, conditioning, hard sparring, and live wrestling is the emphasis for this class. Members of these elite level practices will compete in the Tulsa Nationals, Reno Worlds, SCWAY Grade States, Cal Republic, Fargo Nationals, Junior FloNationals, as well as local tournaments to sharpen their competition skill set.
